The overall objectives of the Vecode ™ Information
Security Management System (ISMS) are:
We’ll consistently distribute information about information security policies and objectives on a regular basis through many different channels. The goal is to have a strong commitment to our own ISMS objectives in order to create a common awareness for the need for information security. We’ll communicate all applicable security policies to our customers and make regularly scheduled updates and training courses as part of the Vecode ™ company culture. Therefore, ensuring that both customer employees along with Vecode ™ employees, contractors, and all other interested third parties understand their responsibilities towards information security and the protection of data.
We’ll provide all the training necessary that enables our clients to develop a broad understanding of information security vulnerabilities, threats, and countermeasures.
We continuously develop and implement measurable procedures to protect not only our Vecode ™ information but all our client’s informational assets as well.
Our risk assessments are performed and documented daily. Within these assessments we describe the existing controls, identify all vulnerabilities and threats, rate the residual risks, and initiate any additional controls that enable the organization to sufficiently handle all risks.
At Vecode ™ we ensure that the standard of information security is measurable and certifiable for both our own company as well as with all our customers. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certified
Vecode ™ employees and all contracted staff are required to handle customer and Vecode ™ information with the highest security understanding according to the procedures defined in our ISMS objectives, along with any special procedures that were agreed upon with the customers.
We comply with all business and regulatory requirements, in conjunction with all our contractual security obligations.
We are always developing, maintaining, and reviewing actions to ensure our secure operation of our information processing facilities, and preventing unauthorized access to information assets.
At Vecode ™ we incessantly monitor and review our systems and continually improve the overall effectiveness and implementation of our Information Security Management System.
